Intrastate Washington, and why that is the right shape.
We operate entirely inside Washington State. That is a deliberate shape, not a limitation we are apologising for: a carrier that runs one corridor every day knows the counters, the receiving hours and the traffic on it in a way a national network’s local branch does not.
It also sets a hard edge we will not blur. We cannot haul for hire across a state line, so if your freight is going to Portland or Boise, we are the wrong call and we will say so immediately rather than taking the order and sorting it out later.
Our USDOT number is published on every page footer. It is free to look up on FMCSA’s SAFER system.

We are a motor carrier, not a licensed customs broker, and we do not clear customs or file entries. We recover freight once your broker has released it.

Why does Air Cargo Express have no MC number?
A USDOT number identifies a carrier for safety purposes; an MC number represents interstate operating authority. A carrier that works entirely within one state does not need interstate authority for that work, so the absence of an MC number is normal and correct for a Washington-only carrier rather than a deficiency. The practical consequence is worth stating plainly: we cannot haul for hire across a state line. A run to Portland is not something we can take.
